- Do you ship internationally?
We are working on it and will be offering international shipping soon!
- How long will it take until I receive my order?
Shipping takes around 3-5 working days, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. However, due to the current COVID situation there may be slight delays due to reduced staffing and extra cleaning of warehouses.
- Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you believe your order is late, you can track your order by clicking on the link of your despatch email. Alternatively, you can email us at info@makyag.co.uk and a member of the team will contact you.
- Can I return my products?
We have a strict no return policy due to hygiene reasons however, if your item is faulty please email us at info@makyag.co.uk with your order number and enquiries.
- Does your company condone animal testing?
Our company is strongly against animal testing. All our products are vegan and cruelty free. We can confirm that we never have and never will test our products on animals. We source our products from reliable and reputable manufacturers in the industry.
- I can’t place my order online, can I do it over the phone?

- I have a faulty product what can I do?
If you received damaged product, please retain the box, packaging, all contents, and contact us as soon as possible at info@makyag.co.uk
- How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
